Budget Inn - Laytonville

The location is the best aspect of Budget Inn. It's one of the few options in Laytonville. The room was simple but clean, which I appreciated. The queen beds had mattress protectors, ensuring a decent night's sleep. Management was polite and attentive. I encountered several issues. The bathroom needed attention. Tiles were dirty, and the towel rack was rusted. I was disappointed with weak Wi-Fi and the lack of a 'Do not disturb' option meant daily maid service was unavoidable. The traffic noise from HWY 101 was a minor annoyance.

This was not a planned stay; the electric car and I both ran out of juice sooner than I expected. There is a big bank of chargers within walking distance. The room is clean, quiet, bigger than average. The heater works quickly (loud but white noise loud). Water gets and stays hot, good pressure. The folx running it are kind and easy going. Rates are great. I checked in at 10pm, exhausted and frazzled- my partner found this place for me and booked it from home because there is no (or very poor) cell service between eureka and here.

I have no negatives here.

This hotel was comfortable place for exploring Laytonville, really enjoyed it. The location was particularly good and stunning for Laytonville, very close to nearest Wheels cafe as well as local restaurants. It also was in the middle of jackson.

I felt right at home in the cozy Queen Room with Two Queen Beds! The beds were well kept, and I loved the added protection from mattress protectors. Plus, the location was perfect for spending time with my family nearby.

I found the bathroom tiles, lower walls, and towel rack in need of serious attention!!! The Wi-Fi was annoyingly weak and dropped constantly. Paper coffee cups burned in the microwave!!!

I was pleasantly surprised by how clean and cozy my room was, especially given the limited options in the area. I enjoyed relaxing by the small outdoor area with a nice view and appreciated having a simple breakfast available on-site. There was a bit of noise from passing traffic, but it didn't take away from my overall positive experience. 😊

During my Christmas stay, I appreciated the convenient location of the hotel, especially being close to my family's ranch. the beds were comfortable with mattress protectors, providing a cozy and restful sleep environment. Additionally, the air conditioner worked well, ensuring a pleasant room temperature during my stay.

Some aspects of the room were not up to standard. I noticed dirty areas such as the TV remote control and walls/doors.

Our room here had AC and a flat-screen TV, which made it really comfortable and enjoyable 🌬📺.
